He began studying dance (standard dances, jazz, Latin American) at the age of 6 years in the school of dance teacher Joseph Branca in Bologna. A few years later, he also started the study of tap dance. Between 1978 and 1982 he ranks second in the Italian championships of boogie woogie and to those of standard dances. Between 1982 and 2011, he was two-time European champion (1982, Carcassone - France - 1984, Paris) and three-time Italian champion of tap dance. Receives awards for the achievements of the mayor of Paris J. Chirac and the mayor of Bologna R. Imbeni. He has danced tap dance in several European theatre, in several television programs, cabaret theatre and Festivals of tap dance in all Europe.
