The lesson proposes elements of floorwork and variations to the floor by accumulation, aimed at the organic transfer of weight, exploitation of the pins and the various centers. It follows a vertical work with deconstruction and dislocation of the center, massage of joints, movement crossing; space traverses and choreography.

The lesson in contemporary technique can also include a workshop approach in which the first approach to organic movement aims to gain awareness of one's own body, through the perception and visualization of deep dynamics (skeleton and joints) and subtle (tactile network and breath). epidermal). From a horizontal phase of listening work, the body is guided to a vertical phase in which dynamics and energy adapt to a space in the process of transformation. A "massage" of the centers and joints will follow through the disarticulation and postular deconstruction, then move on to the "tribal game" that develops the interaction with the group as a whole, when the individual is solicited - disturbed - supported by the group.
